Common remarks during exchanges
More than questions, it is often remarks or thoughts that can slow you down. These brakes are normal, but we certainly have something to bring you.
Too small
My structure is too small to be concerned by a CSR strategy.
CSR is a voluntary approach accessible to all organizations. But the strategy must indeed be properly sized in relation to needs and resources. The advantage of small structures is that they are agile and can therefore be responsive.
Not useful
CSR is just hot air, it should come from the State.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not simply an obligation or a passing trend, but a crucial lever for businesses, enabling them to actively contribute to a more sustainable future. While government regulations are necessary, it is up to each organization to take concrete steps to create long-term value by addressing environmental, social, and economic challenges. Everyone has a role to play.
I have a good grasp of my products and my customers.
We trust you to do this, but using our tools and formalizing the offer with its target audience always helps to improve the sales strategy and especially its implementation.
I don't see what this will achieve for me.
This may seem abstract at the moment, but we'll take the time to define objectives and a working method together. Our support will provide you with new tools and a fresh perspective on your business. This will allow you to optimize your operations.
Useless
We've always done it this way and it works.
While your experience is valuable, a consultant brings specific expertise and an external perspective that can help you anticipate regulatory changes, identify performance levers, and optimize your actions. This not only allows you to gain efficiency and precision in making simple or complex decisions, but also provides you with the peace of mind to focus more energy on the issues you control.
Too expensive
I can't afford to hire a consultant.
The key to our initial discussions will be defining your needs and, more importantly, the available resources, in order to provide you with a coherent, accessible, and efficient offer. We are, of course, mindful of your return on investment.
I cannot afford to add any extra costs. CSR is a pure expense.
It's true that this is an investment whose return isn't necessarily immediately measurable. But the strategy has many advantages and added value. For example, by limiting departures, facilitating hiring, optimizing purchases, and offering a strong differentiating factor in the market.
Different
My market is very specific. For us, it's different.
Your market is unique, as is the case for the majority of our clients. Every business has its own characteristics. We adapt to each company by taking the time to understand the specificities of the market and how it operates. Our tools and methods are adaptable to every situation.
That's actually part of the fun in our job: discovering new companies with their own unique characteristics!
And then what?
Auditing is all well and good , but then what?
Next, we'll need to integrate this into your vision and strategy. We'll make recommendations for deployment, either independently or with support. Everything will be tailored to the company's specific needs, desires, and resources.
A little bit of everything
At NAOL, they do a bit of everything. CSR and commerce are opposed after all...
Yes but no ... We sincerely consider that the economic and transition pillars are strong levers for each company. The goal is to activate them and put synergies in place.
